July Progress Pics......Almost finished

New Pics & A New Name

Hello Amigos,

Here are some updated pics from the house in beautiful Nicaragua. We are truly on the home stretch of this project and are hoping to have a completed house by early August. Tyler & Travis are planning a trip down in late July where they hope to sign off on the house, and get the keys. From that point, it is open for Latin American Relaxation.

On a separate note we have officially named the house. We had originally though about Mar Sano, but the name it to close to Marsella (which is the local beach) and we just thought that there was a better name. We have gone with Casa Cresta. The Spanish translation is Ridge House, or House on the Edge. It is a fitting name because the house has a feel of being on the edge of the jungle, and is literally built into the ridge that separates Marsella beach from the next valley.

I hope everyone likes the name. Look forward to an updated website sometime in the near future. We're almost there!!!

New Pics from Nicaragua

Hello all,

Here are some more pics from the house. Things are really coming along. The windows and doors are going in, and all of the built-in's are done. We're getting close to having a completed Nicaraguan home in paradise.

We are starting to think about booking the house. The house will probably be completed in late summer, and then the rainy season will be effect. November would be great time to head south. Remember we have the website too.. Mar Sano, Nicaragua

Things are still progressing down south. A photo update for you. We are hoping for a mid to late July completion date. We will keep you posted when that is and also start to set up times for those of you that want to get down there and take a little vacation!!
