Hello again all,
Another couple successful days of checking things out around here. They have been very productive to say the least. We have shots of our windows or what they will look like but unfortunately I don't have an SD card reader for that camera. I will get them on here when we get home. The guy doing the windows is the best around and his windows certainly appear as though. One drawback is that he is a bit slow. We decided to go with meticulous but a little slower.
The pool meeting was insightful. We have a few options that I will share in greater detail later. We will be looking at a couple other pools tomorrow on our way to Managua which will also help a bit.
Overall everything is fantastic. We looked at our tiles for the roof and the wood being used for the joists and they all look very nice. They are just letting the wood dry out a bit more and they plan on starting the roof in the next week. In the interim the plumbing, captains perch, and filling will be going on. We can start on the pool as soon as we give the go ahead on size, style, and finish.
I have attached a few more photos but sorry no video right now. I tried uploading one and it took way to long. It has been a far more beneficial trip than I thought it would. I have literally 3 pages of notes of things that we are going to do now based on seeing where things are with the project. There is nothing serious, just changes of light fixtures, electric plugs, a bit of reconfigure of the living area and adding an island/bar in the kitchen. All really good stuff!
Thanks for the comments. It is a pleasure to be down here and seeing all this. We head into Managua tomorrow to choose tile, fixtures, etc and then back home on Thursday.
All the best,
Tyler
