This project started in 2007 and after hundreds of emails and a dozen trips down south we have an estimated completion date of Oct 2010.

Nicaragua surf house progress pictures
After 3 years Tyler & Travis are headed down the end of the month to wrap this project up. Electricity is suppose to be installed this week (6 months late) and as you can see we are in the final stages. On the rental front things are moving along quickly. We are set up with the property management company, found our quititor and will be in touch about a rental calender and date choosing process in the next few weeks.
