Nicaragua surf house progress pictures

After 3 years Tyler & Travis are headed down the end of the month to wrap this project up. Electricity is suppose to be installed this week (6 months late) and as you can see we are in the final stages. On the rental front things are moving along quickly. We are set up with the property management company, found our quititor and will be in touch about a rental calender and date choosing process in the next few weeks.

More photos from Nicaragua have been sent to us. These are exciting pics because you can see the house is getting really close. In fact our contractor said that it will probably be done within the next couple weeks. Tyler and Travis are heading down there to sign off on it when it is done, so stay tunes. We hope everyone likes the new name..Casa Cresta.
